SharePoint Workshop is an informational resource for SharePoint administrators, developers, and users. It focuses on areas not covered well (or at all) by Microsoft, how-to books, or the SharePoint blogs. Specifically:
- Comparisons and reviews of SharePoint add-ins. These are always changing, so it is hard for static content like book to keep up, and Microsoft and other vendors have a vested interest in featuring their own fare.
- Interactive how-tos. One of our goals is to provide interactive how-tos and skill builders for SharePoint modelled after the excellent learning site www.w3schools.com -- which thought of it first and do it best for HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Feedback and reader comments. Without you we might not as well exist, so we want (need) to hear what you think.
- Free stuff and discounts. Everyone likes free stuff, so we'll feature that where ever we find it.
